Kia ora, Talofa, Welcome...

CHOMNZ is a charitable trust that aims to improve the health outcomes of patients in New Zealand. We collect and analyse information to better understand people's experiences of care, treatment and recovery, and to support improvements in health services.

We work closely with patients, clinicians, hospitals, researchers, government agencies and advocacy groups to effect change.  Our first major project is the NZ Prostate Cancer Outcome Registry. We are now also working with Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora to establish the Australasian Pelvic Floor Procedure Registry - New Zealand.
